Quick Start

How to Use Your SideLink

Your SideLinks are a powerful tool for driving sales and engaging your audience. As a SideGigster, you have two types of links: SideLink Store, and Direct SideLinks. In this tutorial, we’ll explain how you can use both to your advantage, so you can start seeing results and get paid commission on every sale!

How to Share your SideLink Store

Your SideLink Store was created when you signed up. It’s your personal gateway to the Signature HomeStyles Website and drives your traffic to the main webpage so that customers can shop with you as their consultant.

Let’s share your SideLink Store! Check your email inbox for any emails from SideGigster. At the bottom of each email is your SideLink – it looks like https://signaturehomestyles.biz/[YOUR_NAME]. Copy this link and add it to each of your social media bios.

Sharing your homepage is a great way to share a general link to explore all products and categories, without promoting a specific product.

How to Create a Direct SideLink

A Direct SideLink takes your customer to a specific product or category page on Signature HomeStyles. Direct SideLinks are your primary way of making money. When you promote a product and someone clicks on your Direct SideLink, if they purchase that product you’ll automatically earn your commission.

Let’s create a Direct SideLink together!

  1. If you haven’t already, go to your SideLink Store, which you created during enrollment. You can also find it at the bottom of any email from SideGigster.
  2. Next, go to a product page or product category you’re interested in. Try Charlie's Soap Laundry Detergent, or a category like PerKfect Cup® Coffee.
  3. In the upper right corner, click the button that says ‘copy link to clipboard’.
  4. Go to Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram and paste from your clipboard.
  5. (Optional) Visit TinyURL and paste the URL to create a smaller, more readable link.

Just like that, you have a Direct SideLink that will drive traffic to that same page.

When sharing, be strategic about whether you’re linking directly to products or to category pages, depending on whether you want to target specific items or to showcase a range of items.

By following these tips and using both types of SideLinks, you’ll be well on your way to driving traffic, engaging your audience, and boosting your affiliate success. Happy sharing!
